AV PLANET – SHIPPING POLICY

1) PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

During peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be longer.
2) SHIPPING METHODS

We ship orders via major Canadian carriers (UPS, Purolator, FedEx, etc.).

Shipping method is selected at checkout based on customer preference and product eligibility.

Some oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping. In such cases, AV Planet will contact you with details and a freight quote prior to shipment.
3) SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free or discounted shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly indicated on the website.

Oversized, bulk, or freight shipments may not qualify for free shipping even during promotions.
4) SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.

At this time, AV Planet does not ship internationally.

Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes for oversized items or freight shipments.
5) ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier systems to update tracking information.
6) DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

Ontario & Quebec: 1–5 business days

Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): 3–7 business days

Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): 3–7 business days

Northern Territories (YT, NT, NU): 5–12 business days

These are estimates only. AV Planet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
7) DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@avplanet.ca with photos of the product and packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims may take up to 10 business days.
8) SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages (at no extra cost to you).

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
9) LOCAL PICKUP
-
Customers in the Greater Toronto Area may request local pickup from our Mississauga warehouse.

Pickup orders must be arranged in advance via info@avplanet.ca.

Government-issued photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation are required at pickup.
